These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Christianna's Debutante Journey 2027 (the “Site”), operated by Kanga Corp on behalf of the Gray Family. By visiting the Site, submitting a reservation, placing a souvenir journal advertisement, making a sponsorship commitment, or signing up for communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This is a family-run celebration site honoring Christianna Gray and her participation in the 2027 Chicago (IL) Chapter Debutante Cotillion. It is not the official chapter website and is not operated by The Links, Incorporated. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation, purchase a souvenir journal advertisement, submit a sponsorship commitment, or authorize a payment on this Site. By completing any such action, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are completing a reservation or contribution on behalf of a guest or family, you represent that you have the authority to do so on their behalf. Minors may not submit reservations, advertisements, sponsorships, or payments except through a parent or legal guardian.

Christianna Gray is a minor. All public content concerning her requires parental review and approval prior to publication, as described in the “Content Concerning a Minor” section below. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children other than as coordinated by a parent or guardian.

The confirmed planning price for cotillion attendance is $200 per person, subject to approved ticket-sale arrangements. Seats are not guaranteed until allocation is confirmed by the family and any authorized ticket-sale process.

By submitting a reservation, you authorize the Gray Family to contact you regarding availability, confirmation, invoicing, and seating. A required dinner table seats ten guests for $2,000 total; full-table requests are accommodated subject to availability.

Reservation status, authorized invoice links, payment history, and installment balances are provided where technically supported. You are responsible for the accuracy of all purchaser and guest information you submit.

Advertisers may select from approved advertisement options, enter business or family information, write a congratulatory message, upload photos and logos, request design assistance, and provide special instructions.

Advertisement prices and print dimensions remain editable until the family receives approved specifications. No advertised price or dimension is final until confirmed in writing by the family.

Artwork status and payment status are tracked separately. Advertisers will have the opportunity to review artwork proofs, request revisions, and approve final designs. Uploaded media must be your own or properly licensed; the Gray Family reserves the right to decline content that is unlawful, defamatory, or inconsistent with the spirit of the celebration.

Sponsorship pathways are available for family, individual, community, and corporate supporters. By making a commitment, you provide your supporter information, preferred recognition name, intended contribution, and requested follow-up.

Only approved payment methods are used. Sponsorship pledges are tracked separately from funds received and from chapter-confirmed fundraising credit. A pledge does not constitute funds received until payment is completed and confirmed.

We do not promise or represent that any contribution is tax-deductible. Please consult your own tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Payments are processed through our authorized payment provider. We do not collect or store full credit or debit card numbers on this Site. Payment authorization, billing, and refunds are governed by our payment provider's terms and applicable law.

Money collected, processing fees, refunds, money remitted, and fundraising credit are tracked separately. Installment reminders are sent with your consent and are automatically suppressed when the related payment is completed.

Refunds, if any, are handled at the family's discretion in accordance with approved payment policies. Do not assume a refund is available until confirmed in writing.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to the cotillion — including inquiry confirmations, payment receipts, installment reminders, upcoming event reminders, proof approval notifications, monthly supporter updates, and post-event thank-you messages. Messaging is consent-based and used for these stated purposes only.

Message frequency varies. You may expect to receive messages around key milestones (for example, reservation confirmation, payment due reminders, event-day reminders, and follow-up thank-you messages). Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt-out: You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and receive no further SMS messages from us.

Help: For support, reply HELP to any message or contact us through the channels listed below.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information for marketing purposes. Your carrier may require message delivery data for SMS delivery, and we share only what is necessary to deliver the messages you have requested. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

With your consent, we may send email updates about the cotillion, including inquiry confirmations, payment receipts, monthly supporter updates, upcoming event announcements, and post-event thank-you messages. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Christianna Gray is a minor. All public content concerning her — including biographies, photographs, journey journal entries, and media — requires parental review and approval prior to publication. Kanga Corp and the Gray Family serve as the responsible guardians for all content related to Christianna Gray on this Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children other than as coordinated by a parent or guardian.

The Site uses separate roles for family administrators, invited guests, advertisers, and sponsors. Payment details, private calendars, attendee information, and unpublished media are kept inaccessible to unrelated visitors. Your use of the Site does not grant you access to information beyond what is appropriate to your role.

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design — is owned by or licensed to Kanga Corp and the Gray Family and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without prior written permission, except as necessary to complete your reservation, advertisement, or sponsorship.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanga Corp and the Gray Family disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. We do not guarantee ticket availability, advertisement pricing, or event dates beyond what has been confirmed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
